Running a business is hard.
Being a mother is hard.
Doing both at the same time? That’s a whole different level of strength, sacrifice, and purpose.
As a mother of five, a photographer, boutique owner, and studio founder, my life is what I lovingly call beautiful chaos. MB Studios wasn’t built in a boardroom — it was built between school pickups, late night editing sessions, newborn cuddles, and a dream to create something meaningful for families.
MB Photography exists because of my journey as a mom.
Motherhood taught me patience.
It taught me empathy.
It taught me how quickly time passes.
When I photograph a newborn or growing family, I understand exactly what those moments mean — because I’ve lived them myself.
Behind every session, event, and social post is a mom juggling:
Running a 3000 sqft studio
Answering client emails at midnight
Planning community events
Raising children
Managing a boutique
Cleaning, organizing, creating, marketing, and dreaming
Trying to be present at home while building a future
There’s no “clocking out.”
But there is purpose.
I built MB Studios to be more than a business.
I built it to be a space where mothers feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
A place where families make memories.
A place where children feel welcome.
A place created by a mom, for other moms.
You will feel exhausted.
You will question yourself.
You will cry.
You will keep going.
Because your “why” has little faces.
If you're building a business while raising children — you’re doing incredible work.
Your children are watching you build courage.
They are learning resilience.
They are learning what passion looks like.
And that matters more than perfection.
